Passing through pearl gates of New Jerusalem, I could clearly see.
All the things that had become so precious now spread out in front of me.
I was lost and I was nothing. With love, He guided me.
With God's grace, with love and heart-rending prayers His tears fell for me.
My Lord led me all the way. He fed me with the truth.
He guided my heart in the way of the Word.
The tears well up and flow down my face.

The glorious beauty of New Jerusalem, it takes my breath away.
The brilliant light that lights up Heaven. It moves my heart and soul.
Thank You Father for Your love for me
and thank You, my Lord Jesus.
Till I reached New Jerusalem and made it home, the Holy Spirit had led me.

There's a place just past the waters of life the Lord prepared for me.
The light from the precious gemstones arcs out in heavenly beauty.
The Lord knew the deepest part of my heart and things that gave me joy.
He prepared a home just for me in New Jerusalem.
I give thanks with joy that overflows to my Father God.
All my thanks I give are wrapped in His glory.
