23장. 기도

한 걸음 한 걸음 걸어가실 때
그 뒤에 놓인 영혼들
어찌 살아갈까 어찌 살아갈까
애타는 마음 끝없네

눈앞에 펼쳐져 있는 주님의 품
너무나 그립던 순간
주 품안에 안긴 내 모습
끝없는 눈물의 감사
저들에게 힘과 소망 줄 수 있다면
진리로 살아가게 할 수 있다면
내 가는 발걸음이 무겁지 않으련만
사랑하는 자들에게 남긴 기도
진리로 빛으로 나와
주를 사랑함으로
세상을 이기고
천국 소망 가득 하기를
눈 앞에 펼쳐져 있는 아버지의 영광
잊지 말기를

주님의 은혜 잊지 말기를
아버지 사랑 잊지 말기를
애타고 애타게 기도하는 마음
흐르는 눈물 끝없네
저들에게 힘과 소망 줄 수 있다면
진리로 살아가게 할 수 있다면
내 가는 발걸음이 무겁지 않으련만
사랑하는 자들에게 남긴 기도
진리로 빛으로 나와
주를 사랑함으로
세상을 이기고

Prayer

In each step that I take as I go away, there are souls that are left behind me.
If they're left like this, will they find their own way? I ache for their souls endlessly.
Outstretched arms of my Lord appear before me.
It's my time to enter into His peace.
As I go now to the arms of my Lord,
tears of thanks start to flow from me.
[Refrain]
If this is the way to give them greater strength and hope,
if this is how I can make them live by the truth,
then all the steps I've taken would not seem quite so heavy.
This is my prayer for the souls who won't be taken.
You must come forth into the light and with the love for the Lord of all
overcoming the things of this world, have hope for Heaven above.
Don't forsake God's glory. Never forget His love.
For you, He gave His Son.

Hold fast to His grace and His sacrifice. Don't forget the love of the Father.
My heart burns and tears fall in endless streaming
for the souls that are left behind.
